How do you get a Prismana Aniimo?

Most Prismana forms appear when you trigger a Prismana Flow in the right region with Nurture or a Prismana Crystal. Only one appears at a time and it does not respawn. Others come from quests, eggs, events or rewards, and each card above shows its route.

Do Prismana forms need a certain weather or time of day?

No. A Prismana Flow is its own event, so the weather forecast and the Day and Night setting do not decide when a Prismana appears.
